We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Left On Friday gear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack It Up
Place your items in their original packaging, ensure all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
